Upcoming webinar: how to motivate your team during remote working

The IWCN, Humanitarian Resources Consultancy, and Creatio Ex Improv are teaming up to offer inspiration!

Many teams have suffered this last year due to remote work, extra stressors, and constant uncertainty, among other things. Employees have been hired without having the chance to meet their new colleagues or see their offices. We all have received more emails than normal. We can no longer just go to our teammate’s desk or the break room to discuss a topic or catch up on our weekends. And intercultural communication is even more challenging to manage remotely.

In this webinar, we will provide you with knowledge and practical tools that you can immediately incorporate into your team’s working habits to improve team dynamics, especially with international and diverse teams. This can profoundly improve staff well-being, collaboration, motivation, and productivity. We will also discuss how you can use applied improv in the workplace. Applied improv offers ways for teams to connect in a positive and playful manner through simple exercises that focus on skills such active listening, dealing with uncertainty, thinking outside the box, and integrating play in your work.

This free webinar will be held on April 15 (tomorrow) from 10:00! Sign-up here.
