A decidedly modern company in Groningen has colourised the images
Because many buildings are still exactly the same, the viewer really takes a dip in time, says the GIC. The colourisation has been achieved utilising artificial intelligence.
This video shows what the Grote Markt, Hereweg, Oosterstraat and the Oude Ebbingestraat looked like 100 years ago. The images in the video are colored and edited by the company NASS.
