While ticket sales for previous editions of Eurosonic Noorderslag completely sold out, a quick check of the ESNS ticket site reveals that there are still quite a few tickets for both parts of the festival as it gets underway on Wednesday.
As of Wednesday morning, the only tickets that were sold out were for the concerts on Wednesday night and the passes for all three days (Wednesday through Friday) of the Eurosonic portion of the programme. Passes for Eurosonic and Noorderslag (Wednesday through Saturday) and tickets for individual Noorderslag concerts on Saturday are still available.
Up until a few years ago, would-be festival-goers had to act fast to get a ticket to the ESNS concerts: they regularly sold out within a matter of hours. In the past few editions of the European musical showcase, ticket sales have been a bit less competitive. The 2017 edition did eventually completely sell out, but music lovers were still able to purchase tickets into January. Last year, the festival attracted 40,000 attendees, but that includes the audiences at the free Eurosonic Air concert series and it has not yet been publicly confirmed whether the 2018 edition ultimately sold out or not.
So, now is your chance if you want to see musical performances by the most promising musical acts in Europe: check out the Eurosonic Noorderslag ticket page to find out which shows still have tickets available.
