This year is the fourty-first edition of the IFA
Ticket sales for the fourty-first edition of the International Film Festival Assen (IFA) have started. The festival, which takes place on 5, 6 and 7 March, can be followed completely online this year.
Almost the entire program of the film festival can be seen on demand, whilst talks and events can be viewed via live stream, reports the Asser Courant.
In addition, the IFA is introducing a ‘digital foyer’, where it is possible to walk through the foyer of De Nieuwe Kolk (in Assen) using a virtual avatar. Visitors can watch the programme, chat with other visitors or order a festival package.
You can buy a ticket for IFA per film and / or per part of the program. For some program components it is also possible to choose between the film only or the film with an in-depth discussion. More information can be found on the IFA’s website.
