The municipality of Groningen has published new artistic renderings of what the to-be-built square at the Groninger Forum, the Nieuwe Markt, will look like.
The images also show the new façade of the Westcord Hotel, which is currently under construction at the Grote Markt. The renderings include an entrance to an underground bike parking garage and a water feature where children can play.
Construction on the Nieuwe Markt is set to begin in March.
