IFFR in Groningen is the perfect opportunity to explore unknown, international gems or to discover the major titles of the coming film year. Due to the restrictions as a result of the Coronavirus measures, the festival is forced to take place online this time. From 1 to 7 February, IFFR in Groningen will present eight so-called Limelight titles on demand. These titles can be found here.
The film festival’s Limelight selection includes the titles of major directors who will premiere in the upcoming film year. Film visitors will, therefore, receive a preview of the long-awaited titles of 2021.
Forum Groningen presents eight IFFR titles on demand. The films can be viewed for 72 hours in the period from 1 to 7 February. The Forum also shows a number of festival hits from last year in its online room Picl. And of course, there are introductions, talk shows, and special conversations that can be attended online.
