In the latest National Student Survey, NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences received high marks from students.

Nearly 80 percent of students at the recently merged universities of applied sciences said they were satisfied with the quality of their academic programmes.
Omrop Fryslân reports that students gave the university especially high marks for internationalisation, the content of their programmes and the hands-on approach to content and research. Students also praised the quality of their instructors at the Frisian academic institution.
The National Student Survey is sent out to hundreds of thousands of students in the Netherlands each year. NHL Stenden has locations in Leeuwarden, Emmen, Meppel and Groningen, as well as a number of branch affiliate abroad in Qatar, Bali, Thailand and South Africa.
