Looking for a distraction from the daily grind….a really energetic and loud distraction?

Just dig out your baggy t-shirt and those sneakers you never wear.

SALLY Dance Company is coming to Leeuwarden Saturday evening.

The popular Maastricht dance group are bringing their ‘GOD is a DJ’ to the Schouburg De Harmonie venue.

Eight dancers will transform the empty space into an ecstatic dance floor with nothing more than hip costumes, a projection screen and their bodies. Anyone who won’t feel like moving after this hour of energy hasn’t been paying attention, the dance team are telling us.

Expect a visual assault at Saturday’s concert as well. Fans who have attended previous shows are raving about an elaborate choreography, music, cool visuals and of course, the strobe effects.

Also a workshop

The evening won’t be just about SALLY’s groundbreaking performance. There will also be plenty to do in the foyer before the actual show starts! Come half an hour earlier and join the RAVE workshop, take some pix for your Insta feed and enjoy various dance performances. The organizers recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the show to take part in all of that.

Saturday evening’s show is scheduled for 8:30. Anyone over 14 is welcome. The entrance fee is €17,50 for adults and €10,00 for younger audiences. Tickets can be purchased here.
