Make it in the North has started accepting registrations for its career event aimed at international students and recent graduates on job possibilities in the North of the Netherlands.

Career in the North 101 will be taking place on Wednesday 4th October from 15:00 to 17:00. Registration is free but limited spots are available. The event will be held at Groningen’s municipal offices next to the Europapark train station at Harm Buiterplein 1.

The topics covered during the event include the job market and possibilities in the Northern Netherlands, freelancing during or after your studies, and your rights to work in the Netherlands. The event will be held in English.

Make it in the North is a non-profit project that bridges the gap between internationals and companies in the North of the Netherlands. It also hosts a free online job board with vacancies in Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe that are suitable for people who aren’t yet fluent in Dutch.

To register for the Career in the North 101 event, visit Make it in the North’s website.
