One person has been taken to hospital after a man armed with a knife attacked him in the Groningen district of Oosterparkheem, Dagblad van het Noorden reports.
The stabbing took place in the Merelstraat on Thursday at around 2 p.m.
“The victim has been taken to hospital for treatment,” police spokesman, Thijs Damstra, said.
Police have arrested a man who appears to be the only suspect. No information has been released about the identity of the attacker or his motives.
