An unidentified naked man sprayed a fire extinguisher and caused considerable damage inside a hotel on the Europaplein in Leeuwarden.

Emergency responders got a call around 6 a.m. on Wednesday that someone had activated the Eurohotel’s fire hose. The Leeuwarder Courant reports that when the fire department arrived at the scene, they encountered an agitated man who had removed his clothing.
The man had also damaged a smoke detector. After the authorities arrived, the man aimed the fire extinguisher at the fire fighters and the police were eventually able to detain him. He was taken into custody after having a spit hood placed on him.
