The Sportcentrum Kardinge will be used by the GGD Groningen from today

The GGD Groningen has installed ten vaccine booths within the ice rink itself, with people able to park on the 400-meter long rink nearby. Kardinge joins the MartiniPlaza as a vaccination centre for the city of Groningen. As reported by the GIC.

Those with a pre-booked appointment can reach the Kardinge vaccine center at Parkallee 98, and then visit one of ten booths for their shot. The exit is separate to the entrance.

Those that come by car or bicycle, can park on the ice rink for free. The vaccination centre is to be open daily from 09:00 to 17:00.

In April, the vaccine from Pfizer / BioNTech will be used in Kardinge. The AstraZeneca vaccine will also be used from May.
