Other artists on the lineup include Navarone, Mooi Wark, DJ Vato Gonzalez & MC Tjen and Praia del Sol. Liberation Day Festivals are held in cities across the Netherlands on 5 May each year to celebrate the end of the Nazi occupation during World War II.

The festival in Drenthe will be held at its traditional location: the Baggelhuizerplas in Assen. There will be workshops on site for younger attendees, as well as a silent disco and an escape room. The festival will begin at 12, but resistance hero Andries Toebes will officially open the event at 2:45.
