Minister of Education Ingrid van Engelshoven announced the award winner yesterday, on the ‘Day of the MBO’ (secondary vocational education) at the Theater Orpheus Apeldoorn.
JC-Electronics is an international company in the field of industrial electronics and its purchase, sale, repair and testing. Founded in 2006, it grew from an attic to several premises with more than 200 staff members.
‘We are very happy with this prize. Precisely because JC-Electronics, with more than 220 employees, is one of the largest global players in the field of repairing used industrial electronics, it is a nice fact that, in addition to used electronics, we also help people work again,’ said Cor Mulder, training coordinator of JC-Electronics, to Blikopnieuws.nl.
The fact that the company gives a chance to people regardless of their age and training from young to old was acknowledged by the jury of the award, since such an approach ensures continuity in the company and regional growth in the sector. The jury, composed of students, teachers, schools and the Ministry of Education, assessed 1,600 nominations and selected 16 finalists, from which JC-Electronics was recognised as the best training company in the country for its corporate social responsibility and collaboration with educational institutions.
