Expat Jan Mueller (33) lives close to the Hoge and Lage der Aa. “Café De Sigaar is my favorite spot in town”, he says. Mueller talks about Groningen with great enthusiasm. “It might be the smallest town I ever lived in, but for now I see Groningen as my home.”
