The Northern Investment and Development Agency (NOM) and the International Welcome Centre North (IWCN) are organising a seminar that deals with hiring and retaining international talent.
The meeting on Thursday, May 23rd will be held in Katlijk, close to Heerenveen, to answer questions that a lot of companies and organisations struggle with like why it’s difficult to attract new employees and how to go about hiring international staff.
The meeting is being organised to inspire companies to adjust to new regional initiatives regarding new talent, solutions to find talent, and to facilitate knowledge-sharing between companies that have similar questions, the GIC reported.
The event will be moderated by Brigitte Niemeijer and will feature three panel discussions on different subjects. Attendees will leave the event with a clearer picture of “how we can work together even better” said IWCN Business Manager Martine Millet and NOM Strategist Fleur Mulder.
Signing up for the meeting can be done through the sign-up form.
