A hotline to the experts at the IWCN
by Thomas Ansell
The International Welcome Center North (IWCN), the one-stop-shop for internationals in Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe, has opened a ‘live chat’ function on its website. This has been done so that Internationals and other residents in the North can still ask questions to the IWCN’s staff.
Currently, the IWCN cannot welcome Internationals due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak, but to make sure that no one is left behind or in the dark, you can open up a chat window with one of the IWCN staff members Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 16:30.
The IWCN is also regularly updating its website with information about the outbreak. These include a page on business assistance and schemes designed to support entrepreneurs, which will soon be joined by a general Q&A, more information from the IND, and further links to useful Dutch websites.
You can also get in touch with the IWCN via telephone (+31 [0] 50 367 7197) and e-mail (info@iwcn.nl), with both being monitored regularly.
The IWCN live chat is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 16:30, and can be accessed through www.iwcn.nl
