From June 1 a daily terrace festival will take place on the Suikerunie grounds in Groningen
As soon as the hospitality industry is allowed to open again on 1 June, a festival will take place at the Suikerterrein in Groningen- featuring food, drinks, and a ‘relaxed atmosphere’, according to organiser Stadslab.
The Stadslab Festival Terras will be open every day from Monday 1 June, from 12 noon, reports the GIC.
Anyone that wants to come to the terrace festival must book in advance, by e-mail. When you arrive at the site, you must first report to the info bar, where groups will be assigned a table.
You can order drinks and snacks with a special QR code. Drinks can be collected from the bar, and food is placed at an appropriate distance from the table. A maximum of four people can sit at one table, so that the festival doesn’t contravene Coronavirus regulations.
