The two teenage boys had threatened four young women before stealing a mobile phone
Police in Groningen have arrested two teenagers suspected of robbing four underage girls at the Kardinge skating rink. The suspects, two boys of 15, were delivered to the Police station by their mothers.
The boys had threatened the girls with a sharp weapon, and had stolen a mobile phone from the group. After the theft, the two boys left their bicycles behind and fled. The bicycles were then shown to the public by the police, reports the GIC.
The mothers of the two suspects recognised their children’s bicycles and then took their sons to the police station.
The stolen phone was found in one of the suspects’ homes, as well as the weapons used in the robbery.
