The Helperzwembad swimming pool is closed to public until at least February 11 due to the shortage of staff, the Groninger Internet Courant reports.
“We expect the Helperzwembad pool to remain closed for at least a week, but we aim to reopen it as soon as possible,” a notice on the leisure center’s website reads.
The interruption of the pool’s services is the result of a COVID outbreak among the staff and the quarantine they they have to go through.
The center encourages the public to keep checking the website for updates about the resumption of activities.
