Unless you have a fully-vaccinated QR code, it is likely that you will have to take a test before travelling out of the Netherlands
As of today, the GGD Groningen has fixed the minor technical malfunction that had caused it to pause Coronavirus testing in the city, and people may again book tests for their travels, reports the GIC.
