Groningen is a vibrant student city and home to one of the country’s oldest universities. No wonder the RUG is one of the biggest employers in the region, along with the University Medical Center Groningen and the Dutch natural gas company. Still, finding a job in the Nothern Netherlands can be challenging, especially for internationals.
Make it in the North (MIITH) aims to mitigate obstacles internationals face when entering the job market and settling down in the Northern Netherlands. Therefore, MIITN hosts events such as the “Live Networking Event” on November 11, aiming to bring together international job seekers and local Dutch companies within the manufacturing industry.
Anyone interested in landing a job as, e.g. engineer, mechanic, or supply chain manager within the manufacturing industry is invited to meet the “Northern industry” and learn more about job opportunities.
To become part of the group of international job seekers who get to meet Northern Dutch companies in the manufacturing industry, sign up before November 4! As spots are limited, there will be a pre-selection of participants.
The selected participants will be notified by November 8 and receive further information.
The event will take place on November 11 from 14:45-16:00 at the Suikerfabriek (Suikerlaan 10) in Groningen.
