From a different perspective

Everything is different and strange these days. But still or even because of that this time can also be an opportunity to change the way we see and perceive the things around us. We can change our perspective.

Being able to have this mindset is a privilege. Staying at home, being safe and healthy is too. Aware of that and very grateful for that, these photos give an insight into the day to day life in times of social distancing and self-isolation.

Lea Lennardt shot this photograph reportage “From a different perspective” for our Covid Chronicles column to express how she experiences the Corona crisis. You can find more of her work via her Instagram.

Waking up slowly.
Showers leaving traces.
Caught some sunshine on the shoulder.
Glass breaking light, light breaking dark.
Reading as an exit from reality.
Sky captured in window frames.
Same sky captured in different window frames.
Sunset from grass perspective.
Even the kitchen table looks beautiful when the sunlight falls in.
Even though the view isn’t beautiful, the sunlight through the window is all the more.
