Best known for their ‘introduction week’ (I can still taste the pasta), the ESN (Erasmus Student Network) is organising a series of online Christmas activities in Groningen. Sign-up is available via the ESN website.
Despite the new Coronavirus measures, internationals do not have to be afraid of sitting alone at Christmas, says ESN and as reported by the UKrant.
With many international students (and graduates) unable to go home because of the pandemic, ESN has made a matching website to help people meet (safely) together around Christmas.
In addition to the Christmas activity, there will be an umbrella Facebook group, in which internationals can invite each other for a walk or run, for example.
