Corona-proof socialising!
The Erasmus Student Network (ESN) has launched a buddy programme for both Dutch and International students in Groningen. The new programme joins a number of initatives to help people meet other stadjers, the most successful of which is City Central’s ‘My Local Friend’ (which is open to non-students, too!)
All students are welcome to join the new ESN programme, no matter if you are an international or a Dutch student or whether you are a first-year or a fifth-year student.
If you are physically in Groningen, you can sign up for the programme, and applicants will be matched with another student based on your shared interests. You can meet up to go for a walk, have dinner or watch a movie!
Next to meeting other students, you also have the chance to win some prizes within the Buddy-to-buddy Programme, there will be challenges and activities every two weeks that you can do with your buddy.
