The students were told to stick their homework to a window so a teacher could mark it from outside
Teachers of the Paul Krugerschool in Coevorden thought that they would enliven their student’s April 1st with an April Fool’s joke. They asked the students to stick their homework on the window, so that their teacher could come by to check the homework at a safe distance, RTV Drenthe reports.
“In this special time we decided to come up with something funny so that the children could also enjoy schoolwork,” said school director Ageet van Dijken. Many children didn’t think of the date, and stuck their homework on the window.
Teacher Henk Woertel then went on visits to some students to see if they had hung their homework on the window.
