Medical personnel will be at the top of the list
The Coronavirus vaccination programme for the Province of Drenthe has started at the TT circuit in Assen, reports RTV Drenthe. A large testing center had already been set up on the circuit, which predictably offered some of the fastest testing times in the Netherlands, with results available from 15 minutes.
According to the Acute Zorg Netwerk Noord-Nederland (AZNN), hospitals in the province of Drenthe are currently caring for 43 Coronavirus patients, two fewer than reported on Friday. Sixteen of the Covid-19 patients in Drenthe are in an intensive care unit.
The hospitals in the Northern Netherlands have currently taken over 70 hospital patients with the Coronavirus from other Dutch regions: five fewer than Friday. It is not known how many of these people are in a Drents hospital.
