On the 14th of November, the Drachten Innovation Cluster will be hosting a High Tech Career Competition for aspiring high tech job candidates.
The High Tech Career Competition will match qualified job seekers to internships, graduation assessments and traineeships at affiliated companies. Interested applicants can register online by indicating which job opportunities they are looking for and uploading their resume. The event will be held at Schouwberg de Lawei in Drachten from 12 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 14 November.
During the event, “speed applications” will be held for students interested in companies connected to the cluster. Participants can also undergo an evaluation of so-called 21st century skills, specifically “cooperation, communication, creative thinking, self-regulation, social/cultural skills and problem solving.” The event’s primary goal is to keep talented tech graduates in the region with job opportunities.
