Six members of the Albertus Magnus student association (drinking club) have come down with the Coronavirus, following a really responsible 900-person party. The association says that more people might be infected (shocker), and that it is ‘unclear’ if those that tested positive have picked up the Delta variant. As reported by Sikkom.
The party was held on Wednesday evening, at the enormous property that the association owns on the Brugstraat in Groningen. Deputy head honcho Ruben van Rossem says: “it was the first evening with that many visitors [since restrictions were lifted]. People were only allowed in if they had either proof of vaccination, or a negative test.”
Despite the association’s building being the source of more infections than the rest of the Province of Groningen put together, Albertus Magnus sees no need to close its doors.
