Chinese students at the Zernike campus of the University of Groningen and the Hanze University of Applied Sciences are enjoying deliveries of homemade, authentic Chinese cuisine.

A number of Chinese students have been ordering meals from a mystery chef for about 5 euros, and the meals are delivered on campus by a bike courier.
OOGTV reports that the students order the food through a group chat in the Chinese app WeChat, which allows users to do all kinds of things, including hailing cars, paying bills, chatting and, as in this case, ordering take out.
The Universiteitskrant writes that there are at least 400 students in a number of lunch groups on WeChat, which are in Mandarin and invitation only. There are up to 30 orders placed a day, and while the students are grateful for a way to get affordable and familiar food, the service may technically be illegal. Selling food or drinks without the necessary permits and sanitation inspections is not allowed.
