Vivianne Miedema is one of the highest-rated attacking players in world football
The BBC has named football player Vivianne Miedema from the province of Drenthe as player and talent of the season in the FA Women’s Super :eague.
The Hoogeveen-born striker, who plays for Arsenal, came first ahead of Chelsea’s Bethany Enland. Miedema’s teammate Daniëlle van de Donk finished third, RTV Drenthe reports.
Miedema scored fourteen hits this season in fifteen league games for Arsenal- along with providing eight assists. Whether the season will finish at all is in question, but matches might resume on June 6.
